Kristen Renee is a Life Coach and Energy Healer helping females of sexual assault experience a transformational inner healing journey of the self to create inner peace so they can become empowered to discover and fulfill their personal legends. She is a paradigm shifter and thought leader on inner healing and empowerment.
Through her private coaching, digital course, energy healing membership, meditations, and videos, she empowers people to take their health into their own hands and heal themselves mentally and emotionally.
She is the host of the Mind, Body, Spirit Multidimensional Healing Summit.
Combining her background in psychology and the healing arts, intuitive guidance, personal experience, and her knowledge of spiritual principles, Kristen Renee is the perfect coach for females struggling to deal with sexual assault.
After moving abroad, Kristen Renee taught herself how to build her first website.
Eight years later, her brand has attracted thousands of people from all over the world.
Her mission is to help people connect with their natural ability to heal their inner selves, create true health, and become empowered. She does this by helping people heal from past trauma while cultivating self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-growth. As a result, they receive inner peace, self-love, happiness, confidence and harmony in their lives and can go on to pursue their personal legends.
